Right of Cancellation

You can cancel your contractual declaration within two weeks in the written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) without stating reasons or by returning the goods. At the earliest the time limit begins with the receipt of a seperate notification of this policy in written form. For ensuring the time limit the punctual dispatch of the cancellation or the goods suffices. The cancellation is to be sent to:

Cancellation Consequences

In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually rendered services are to be released and if applicable profits which were made (e.g. interest) released. Should you not be able to release the rendered service either completely or partially or only in a declined condition you will have to render value replacement in this respect if applicable. This does not apply in the case of surrendered goods if the decline of the goods can be solely attributed to their examination – as it would have been possible in a store. Furthermore you can avoid the obligation of value replacement by not using the goods as an owner would and by refraining from anything which affects their value. Package-transportable goods are to be returned. You must bear the costs for return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods or if you have not yet rendered the return service or effected a contractually stipulated partial payment at the time of cancellation. You must fulfil your obligations for payment refunds within 30 days after dispatching your declaration of cancellation.
