Cancellation notice

You have the right to withdraw from your contract agreement within 14 days without statement of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or –if the object is surrendered to you prior to the expiration of the term- by returning the object. The term commences after the receipt of this information in text form, but not prior to the receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of delivery of equal goods not prior to the receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not prior to the fulfilment of out information obligations according to article 246 § 2 in association with § 1 sec. 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312 e par. 1 sent 1 BGB in association with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Timely dispatch of the cancellation or the object is sufficient to maintain the term of cancellation. The cancellation shall be addressed to:

Consequences of cancellation

In the case of an effective return the consideration received by each party shall be refunded and any benefits obtained (e.g. interest) shall be returned. If you are not able to return the received service at all or only in part or only in deteriorated conditions you must pay compensation as applicable. This shall not apply if the deterioration of goods was caused solely by inspecting them – as would have been possible for you in a shop. You do not have to pay compensation for deterioration caused by usage according to intention.

Objects that can be shipped as parcels are to be returned at our risk. You shall pay the costs for return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the object to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40,00 Euros or in case of a higher price of the object if you have not yet provided the counter service or a contractually agreed upon partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you. Objects that cannot be sent as parcels will be picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This term commences for you with the sending of your cancellation declaration or the object, for us with its receipt.
